* Design and implementation of back-end and front-end components for voice applications, primarily using J2EE technologies. Highlights: a logging application using Oracle and message queues, with an HTML interface via XML and servlets, and automated reports as e-mailed spreadsheets; a multi-modal demo where a wireless PDA interacts with a phone call; a bridge to MS Exchange Server using XML, WebDAV, and ASP (.NET); SMS connectivity via an Enterprise JavaBean; a live call viewer sales tool.
Developer - Credit Suisse First Boston (May 1999 - June 2000)
