residents are pretty nice, unless they're new, and then they're
competition for intubations, most attendings will let you help, just be
forward and let them know who you are!

it's not a shelf exam
but the book they give you is good enough

this might be something good to take while
studying for step 2 because you really do get plenty of time to study not
only for this but for whatever else you want to study
