Did you have enough time to study for it?

Yes. OB, even though it's a 6 week rotatoin, has a lot of material. Most of your study time will be when you're on outpatient. If you can stay awake, night call is the best time to get some quality studying in at the hospital.

What pearls of wisdom should an incoming student ABSOLUTELY know?

Don't stray from the routine. Be prompt.
